Return, Refund, and After sales Policy

Overview

Except for special declaration products, we support requests for returns, refunds, and exchanges that do not affect the resale of regular products within 15 days of receipt.

At the same time, we provide longer warranty services for occasional product quality issues or product defects that occur under normal consumer use. The specific product warranty period can be found in the product details.

To ensure consumer safety, FUKE promises not to sell or recycle any used products. To fulfill this commitment, please carefully read the after-sales policy and warnings marked on the product details page or product label before purchasing or opening the product.

If the purchased product comes with disposable plastic film, opening the film will be considered as used. If it is not a quality issue, we cannot provide return or exchange services.

Please only unpack the final plastic film of the product after confirming that it meets your needs.

How to return or exchange goods

Before initiating a return or exchange request due to subjective reasons, please ensure that your product has not been removed from its final plastic packaging and that the complimentary gifts provided with the product are intact and undamaged.

You can do it through Customer Service Page Initiate a return or exchange request, and we will contact you via the email/phone you have reserved within 3 working days to confirm the validity of your after-sales request.

After your after-sales request is reviewed, you will receive an email informing you of the status of your application and guiding you to the next steps.

When your application is approved, you need to return the returned goods and gifts to our return address using the original product packaging or other sturdy packaging.

You can use any courier or logistics you like to return the goods, but please note that you will need to bear the shipping cost for returning the goods.

Please inform us of your tracking number via email after the return is sent, or prominently indicate your order number on the outer surface of the package so that we can associate the package with your order.

We will conduct an inspection upon receiving your return. If your return meets our criteria for resale, we will notify you via email and proceed with the next exchange/refund process.

If your return does not meet the criteria for resale, we will refuse to accept your package. Please contact the logistics company to dispose of the package on your own. We will inform you of the rejection status of your return or exchange request via email.

Please only ship the product without damaging the disposable plastic seal to avoid any additional logistics cost losses caused by rejection.

Return and exchange payment items

Return and refund

If your return is signed for and verified to be correct, we will process a refund for you. We will refund the payment to your original payment channel based on the actual payment amount of the order. If the original payment channel does not support online refunds, we will contact you through other means to arrange a refund for you.

If your order contains multiple items and you have used coupons or other discounts based on the entire order, if the return and refund are only for the after-sales part of the product, the refund amount must be deducted from the corresponding proportion of the discount.

Replacement of goods

Replacing a product with the same product usually does not involve any financial transactions. If you request a replacement with another product, we will calculate the price difference of the product before and after the exchange, and request that you make up the difference or refund the difference based on the difference.

When calculating the price difference for a replacement, the amount of the difference will be based on the original price of the product, and the corresponding discount will be deducted according to the corresponding proportion.

The changes in payment resulting from the exchange will be transferred or collected through third-party payment tools.

Special policies

The return and refund policy only applies to regular products and products sold at regular prices. If the product you purchased is a designated defective product, customized product, gift, random blind box, or gift, the regular after-sales policy does not apply.

For the above types of products, we offer exchange services only based on additional quality issues, and only for the same product.

Return and exchange shipping fees

Chinese Mainland

For orders in mainland China, if there are subjective reasons for the buyer to return or exchange the goods, the buyer shall bear the logistics costs incurred by the return.

When exchanging goods, the logistics cost of sending out the replacement product shall be borne by the FUKE.

Due to product quality issues or other after-sales services initiated by FUKE, FUKE shall bear the full round-trip logistics costs.

Oversea Order

For overseas orders, if the buyer returns or exchanges the product due to subjective reasons, the buyer shall bear the logistics costs incurred by the return.

When exchanging goods, FUKE shall bear the logistics costs of the exchanged products to the Chinese Mainland container terminal; The overseas transportation costs are borne by the buyer.

Due to product quality issues or other after-sales services initiated by FUKE, FUKE shall bear the full round-trip logistics costs.

unsettled affairs

If there are any situations in the after-sales service of the order that are not specified in the above policies, both parties shall negotiate for disposal.

When both parties cannot reach an agreement on the after-sales policy, disputes can be resolved through the arbitration committee in the location of FUKE.
