工作职责：
1. 负责境外店铺的整体运营和日常管理、listing上架优化，负责店铺的日常维护、产品更新、店铺的活动策划、节日促销、活动报名等工作；
2. 负责联系达人，按照要求进行达人建联、维护和长期合作，对达人ROI负责；
3. 负责广告投流，对小店进行广告投流，拉升转化量，对广告ROI负责；
4. 负责提高入店流量，增大点击率和浏览量，转化率，负责提升店铺知名度、排名、流量及各环节转化率，驱动销售额增长，达到销售目标；
5. 负责收集行业、竞店日常促销活动、价格信息及行业动态，研究热销类目，根据实际情况调整店铺的运营方向；
6. 研究各平台推流逻辑及平台规则，提升店铺转化率，降低店铺风险；
7. 配合完成上级领导安排的其他工作任务。
岗位要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，优秀者可放宽大专，英语CET4及以上，跨境电商至少1年以上经验
2. 有0-1运营推广成功经验，有成功打造爆款经历。
3. 有成人情趣/美妆日化行业的优先考虑；
4. 熟悉流量运营，店铺运营，营销活动的运作体系并能够快速落地执行；
5. 有丰富的电子产品销售与分析经验，对维护和管理帐号有丰富经验；
6. 具备搭建、培养优秀的销售团队、激励销售人员的工作能力；
7. 对TiKtok、Lazada、Shopee、Temu、Etsy、Shopify 、亚马逊、速卖通、阿里巴巴国际站等平台的运营差异有所了解，能够根据公司需求拓展业务至指定平台。
